1. Drink only jasmine green tea!
2. Eat only porridges, fruits, vegetables, a little chocolate, cottage cheese, honey, nuts, yogurts, fresh salads and light desserts!
3. Don't eat cakes, biscuits, ice cream (only a little), toasts, rolls and buns!
4. Don't drink coffee, beer and soda!
